Q. What is the minimum order for delivery?

A. The minimum order for delivery is 1 OMR.

Q. Can I pay by cash on receiving my order?

A. Yes, cash on delivery and credit/debit card both.

Q. Is there a delivery charge?

A. Yes. 0.600 OMR per order.

Q. Is there free delivery?

A. Free delivery is offered on a promotional basis. Please refer to hero banners on the home page.

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Al Meera offers same-day delivery. You may place your order between 9 am to 10 pm and you will receive your order within 90 minutes for order acceptance.

Q. How will the delivery be done?

A. We have an appointed reliable and reputable 3rd parties to ensure a professional, safe and accurate delivery to our customers.

Q. How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?

A. You can change your delivery address once you finish adding items to your cart on the checkout page.

Q. Do I have to necessarily create an account to shop on Al Meera online store?

A. You do not have to create an account to order. You can view and add products to the cart without any account creation, you can choose to create an account or check out as a guest.

Q. How can I create an account?

A. Yes, you may create an account upon checkout or from the home page if you click on sign-in/sign up on the top right corner.

Q. Are there any charges for creating an account?

A. No. Creating an account is absolutely free.

Q. Can I have multiple accounts with the same mobile number and email ID?

A. Each email address and contact phone number can be associated with one Al Meera online store account only.

Q. How do I keep up-to-date information on new offers or promotions?

A. To receive regular updates about Al Meera promotions/offers, you can sign up with your email address by clicking on the 'Sign Up for Al Meera Oman news' link at the bottom of the home page (almeera.om)

Q. Can I add more than one delivery address to an account?

A. Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your Al Meera online store account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to a different address, you need to place them as separate orders.

Q. How can I reset my password?

A. You need to enter your email address on the login page at the top right corner and click on sign in. Click forgot password to receive an email on how to reset your password.

Q. How do I get the amount back for items not delivered if I paid by credit/debit card?

A. Your charge is withheld until the transaction is completed at the store, billed according to available items only. Any difference in charge is returned to your bank account.

Q. How are the fruits and vegetables packaged?

A. We follow a poly bagging policy where all our fresh fruits & vegetables are prepacked per kilo to provide an extra layer of protection and expedite the order process.

Q. Is there a limit on quantity of orders or quantity of products in one order?

A. In the interests of all our customers, we may place restrictions on bulk buying of some products. Almeera.om reserves the right at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity per person, per household or per order. The said limitations may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Almeera.om will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied.

Q. How do I know if my order has been successful?

A. Once your order has been accepted you will receive an Email confirmation. from almeera.om showing the details of the order you have just placed.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. You can cancel the order up to the point of shipping without any charges being applied, unfortunately once the product is shipped as per the cancelation terms in the T&Cs charges may apply. For assistance in this matter please contact the customer service team who will be happy to assist in this matter.

Q. Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?

A. Yes, once the order has been accepted you will receive an email confirmation of your order with full details, you will also receive a physical copy with your product.
